Neo magnets come in various grades from the weakest N24 up to the strongest i.e. N55 in terms of magnetism measurement. More commonly, the quality of the magnet purchased is also dependent upon the place or company of purchase. NIB production is carried out through separating neodymium from other minerals through sifting and then combining it with other elements such as boron and iron. Certain problem posing characteristics of neodymiums are fragility and brittle in nature which may result in instant chipping or breakage in cases of high momentum collisions. However, such magnets are more usually covered with a strong protective coating in order to prevent rusting in response to the presence of iron in them. In addition, if these super magnets are heated to temperatures above their Curie value that would result in instant, permanent and irreversible demagnetization.

[A] The term Rare Earth Magnets is used to refer to a group of magnetic materials whose alloys consist of one or more of the Rare Earth elements on the periodic table. These materials are characterized by exceptionally strong magnetic properties.
[Q] What are alnico magnets?
[A] Alnico magnets are aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnets.
[Q] What are ceramic magnets?
[A] Ceramic magnets are made from strontium and iron oxide powders. They are generally harder, more brittle and lighter than metal alloy magnets. Ceramic magnets have a high electrical resistance.
[Q] What are magnetic assemblies?
[A] Magnetic assemblies are up to 32 times stronger than regular magnets and are typically made with ceramic magnets. We can make magnetic assemblies in custom sizes, designs, and coatings.
[Q] What are permanent magnets made of?Au Plated Neodymium Cube Permanent Magnet
[A] Today’s permanent magnets are made of alloys. Alloy materials include
Aluminum-Nickel-Cobalt (Alnico)
Neodymium-Iron-Boron (Neo magnets or “super magnets”, a member of the rare earth category)
Samarium-Cobalt (a member of the rare earth category)
Strontium-Iron (Ferrite or Ceramic)
[Q] How are magnets made?High Powerful Magnets N30H Arc
[A] Magnets are made using the following manufacturing methods:
Calendering
Casting
Compression bonding
Extruding
Injection molding
Pressing and sintering[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
